After graduating from Joshibi University of Art and Design in Tokyo, I worked at an architectural office and a graphic design office.
After moving to New York, I realised my main interest was oil painting. I attended an evening life class at the Art Students League and began painting.
Since settling in England in 1989, I have been exhibiting regularly at various galleries.
This site shows a sample representation of my work and career. I work mainly in oil on canvas.
